For those who want to focus on stretching the entire class!

After a short warm up, you will use bands, ballet bar, the mat, and exercise balls to achieve your stretching goals. Relaxation and increased flexibility are the goals of this class. 

Suitable for all fitness levels. 

  • This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
  • Sneakers and grip socks are required for participation.
  • Class must be pre-booked.
  • Cancellation policy: Class must be cancelled 12 hours or more before class start time. Late cancellation fee: $15.
  •  No-show fee: $20 for unlimited members, and loss of one class for package members.
