We specialize in Somatic movements. The practice of moving with full-body awareness, focusing more on how you feel rather then hitting a specific fitness metric. (although we can also assist with that) We want everyone of our clients to be able to mindfully connect with how they feel mentally and physically. When practice regularly we see a profound benefit for both mind and body rejuvenation.
