-We specialize in Somatic movements. The practice of moving with full-body awareness, focusing more on how you feel rather then hitting a specific fitness metric. (although we can also assist with that) We want everyone of our clients to be able to mindfully connect with how they feel mentally and physically. When practice regularly we see a profound benefit for both mind and body rejuvenation. 

-Small Group Classes (<10 members)

- Work out in a relaxed setting with stability balls, medicine balls, resistance bands, light weights, foam rollers, steps, and even massage guns

- Exercises are tailored to match your fitness level and can be adapted to be as challenging or gentle as needed

- Hands-on approach with instructors who care not just that an exercise or stretch is performed, but that it is performed correctly

- Family-run business, we take pride in treating our members as extensions of our family
